Ernst & Young

Ernst & Young has been asked by the Trust to work alongside BDOR Limited to undertake the following pieces of work:

1. To examine the options emerging from the consultation process and undertake financial and technical appraisal to test deliverability.

2. Build a financial model to test option impacts on future Trust finances and sustainability.

3. Prepare a business plan which presents the outcomes of both the consultation exercise, modelling and will enable the Trust Board to make decisions about future uses.
